Return Policy

The return policy for any product (broadcasters) in the Egypt Is described below as follows:

1. In addition to the rights you have under applicable law, you may return any product within fourteen (14) days from the date you received it if: a. The product must be sealed and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, free items and other components or parts that were included with the product when it was delivered. The returned product and / or packaging must be in good condition. b. The IMEI number or serial number of the purchased product is the same when a return is requested.

2. Subject to applicable law, return requests made after the fourteen (14) day period will not be accepted. This provision applies notwithstanding any other requirement under these general conditions.

3. You can return the products by calling our landline number or by contacting the sales representative who delivered the products to you. You must provide valid photo ID and your original receipt to return your product.
